Organizational Behavior: Rewards and Recognitions

Develop a reward and recognition program for a set of employees in either a real or hypothetical work setting. Outline a set of activities, the criteria that qualifies someone for recognition, and what theoretical model of motivation forms the basis of your decisions. Include a reinforcement schedule.
